Hi, I’m Sarah, and I want to help you meet your lifestyle goals without being miserable.

As a busy mom and teacher with kids fourteen years apart. I was caught in the endless on track/off track cycle. I’d get on track and I’d feel strong, fit, full of energy, happy, and balanced. Then life would get in the way and I’d fall into some bad patterns and feel awful. The hardest part is that when I was off track I didn’t feel like myself but I couldn’t figure out how to get myself back. I decided to get to the bottom it and learned what to eat and how to build real sustainable habits to make it easier to stick to a healthy diet. Most importantly I found the courage be honest with myself, admit my blindspots, and own the impact my mindset had on my crashes. I created a three part system that combines research on macronutrients in food, habit development, and mindset work that keeps me on track and feeling like I am the real me. I am excited to share what I have learned with you.
